You will begin your visit at the place where the Saint Catholic Inquisition burned thousands and thousands of Jews that refused to accept the Christian faith in the bonfires of the Square of Rossio in Lisbon.
Visit the Synagogue Shaare Tikva, as well as the cemetery which was built when the Jewish settled into Lisbon. The first to be buried in this cemetery was Jose Amzalaga, who died on February 26, 1804.
